Dual British and Swiss national, Michael is commercial lawyer, having worked for two major London law firms, two multinational industrial companies and now for a variety of industrial and other clients on technology transfer and other commercial and corporate legal issues.
Michael also devotes about one fifth of his time working pro bono for an academic life-science project based at one of the universities in Lausanne. His experience of life at the meeting point of the academic and industrial worlds has convinced him that they have a lot to contribute to each other, and is delighted to be given a chance to bring this experience to assist of the World Education Council. Michael has three children who constantly remind him of what life is really about.
